After a trial in Circuit Court, if a party receives an unfavorable decision, an appeal may be made to the Court of Appeals, and possibly, to the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.  The appellate courts may reverse the Circuit Court Judge’s ruling if the Judge committed an error in interpreting the law or applying the law to the facts of the case.

An appeal is a very technical and difficult proceeding, which would be very difficult to do without an attorney.  I have the skills and experience to help you analyze your case to determine if there are grounds for appeal, and to pursue your appeal if you decide to go forward.  I can also help you defend against an appeal if one has been filed by your opponent.

APPEALS HAVE VERY STRICT, VERY SHORT DEADLINES, SO DON’T DELAY.  Call myself, Attorney Patricia Zamba at 262-843-3300 right away.
